Product introduction
AnTec APSis an engineered and structured aluminum silicate featuring super fine and evenly distributed particle size, low abrasion, high oil absorption, excellent opacity, high viscosity but good flowability. It has been dehydroxylated by controlled heat treatment for removal of crystalline-bound hydroxyl groups and to improve brightness.
Application information
AnTec APS is designed for use in thermal paper, coated paper and other papers. It improves brightness, opacity, blister resistance and ink receptivity with minimal impact to sheet and print gloss. Compared with other products, it can significantly extend TiO2, improve ink receptivity, glueability and help control binder migration. AnTec APS has exceptional high shear rheology at high solids, which assists in raising coating color solids and reduces energy consumed during drying.
